Orienteering

Facts one- Every time you have been to a marker you go to you have to click the control marker.

Facts two- Every time you go orienteering you always have to think a lot.

Facts three- When you play you always have a map with you all the time.

Facts four- Everyone can go orienteering even if they are young, old and also when you are a teenage.

Dove- The Dove symbolises the Holy Spirit because it is also a symbol of Peace.

Finger of God- The Finger of God symbolises the Holy Spirit because it also is a symbol of Healing and Helping.

Cloud- The Cloud symbolises the Holy Spirit because it also is a symbol of Heaven.

Reflection-term 2

My favorite thing to do at school is play with my friends and because they are kind to me.

I find the hardest is writing a story because it takes a long time to write a story but I just try my best.

I enjoy playing basketball because it is so fun and also it gives us exercise.

Holy spirit week 1

These are the images of the Holy Spirit.......

(1)The fire is the symbol because of the burning bush on Mt Sinai and also God speaking to Moses through the burning bush.

(2) The water is a symbol of when Moses picked up his stick and God parted the water to the sides so his people can get through to the other side.

Basketball

The sun was shining and it was a very hot day on Tuesday. After lunch time when the bell rang we lined up outside our classroom and waited for Miss G. While we were waiting we all sat quietly. When we saw Miss G standing on the stairs waiting for everybody to be quiet down she said to stand up quietly and we went go to the courts.

Soon we started a game and that game was ‘Dribbling relay’ just so we can get ourselves warmed up for our basketball. After that we had to stop the game and listen to coach Bruce so we could get the information so we could know what to do when we played. Next we had to start a new game called ‘Dribbling the ball’ we had to turn the cones over. Coach Bruce said to all of us to stop what we were doing and look  at him for instructions. Finally we were up to the last game and that game was ‘running and shooting’ then when we were in the place and not chatting to our friends we  listened to the coach.

When we finished I  had to go to class. I was proud because next week we are going to have basketball again. I said to myself thank you coach Bruce.

Holy Faith Sisters

The Holy Faith sisters are kind and helpful Nuns.

The Holy Faith sisters started our school because they wanted all children to learn.

The Holy faith sisters started the school in 1958.
